Sharm Go Transfer ("we") provides private airport and city transfers in Sharm El Sheikh and South Sinai, Egypt. This page explains what we collect when you use sharmgotransfer.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Details you send us in the booking form or on WhatsApp: name, phone number, email (optional), pickup date and time, flight details, number of passengers, hotel or area, and any notes.
- Basic visit data such as pages viewed, device type, and the country you visit from, collected through analytics and advertising tools (see "Cookies and tracking").
How we use it
- To price, confirm and carry out your transfer, and to contact you about it.
- To track your flight so your driver arrives on time.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring bookings, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who sees it
Our team and the driver assigned to your trip see your booking details. Our website host, email provider, WhatsApp, and analytics and advertising providers (such as Google and Meta) process data on our behalf. We share your details with authorities only when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and advertising pixels, to measure visits and show our ads to people who have visited the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as needed to run your trip and meet our legal and accounting duties, then delete or anonymise them.
